Available at select clinics only, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma) is a more natural cosmetic treatment that involves injecting platelet-rich plasma (PRP) into the face. PRP is a component of blood that contains growth factors and other proteins that promote healing on a cellular level. When injected into the skin, PRP can help improve texture and tone, reduce wrinkles, and encourage new collagen growth.
This skin rejuvenation treatment is used to improve skin texture, elasticity, discolouration, and scarring and to improve the quality and health of the skin.
A member of our Medical team will collect a blood sample from you and separate the components of your sample with a centrifuge. The sample of highly concentrated platelets will be re-injected into the skin. Natural growth factors are stimulated repairing damaged cells and increasing skin volume resulting in firmer, more radiant, and rejuvenated skin.
