Miscellaneous

Terms & Conditions apply to the sale and purchase of all goods and services at a Participating Clinic.

Except for any liability not excluded by law, Entrants release and indemnify the Promoter and the Participating Clinic from and against all actions, claims and liabilities, that the Entrant now has or in the future may have against the Promoter and/or the Participating Clinic, for any loss, damage or injury (including any special or consequential loss) suffered as a direct or indirect result of the Entrant’s participation in the Laser Clinic’s Australia & New Zealand Promotion.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying, or having the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying, the application of any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods or services that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified including but not limited to the Consumer Guarantees under the relevant Consumer Law of Australia (as applicable).

The laws of New South Wales from time to time governs these Terms, and Entrants agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, the Federal Court of Australia, and courts entitled to hear appeals from those courts.
