  • Am I eligible for a refund if I am not double vaccinated?

    Our existing refund policy will remain in place as is, however clinics can review on a case-by-case basis. 

  • I have a complaint. How do I contact Head Office?

  • Will my prepaid sessions expire?

    Yes. our prepay treatments have an expiry period. The standard expiry period for prepays is 12 months. If you purchase 10 or more treatments in a single order, there is an 18 months expiry period.

  • Do you accept Afterpay?

    Laser Clinics Australia accepts Afterpay in all of our clinics.

  • Are customers required to be double vaccinated?

    For regions with health orders in place requiring customers to be fully vaccinated, it will be a requirement for customers to be fully vaccinated and to provide their vaccination status as part of the QR code check-in process (where and when required by Government guidelines).

  • Can I be treated at Laser Clinics if I have a Medical Exemption?

    In the event a customer has a medical reason as to why they cannot receive a vaccination, they need to obtain a medical contraindication certificate from a medical practitioner (such as your doctor) who must use a form approved by the relevant state government health department, which they can share with you upon arrival to the clinic, or through the government check-in processes. 

  • What is the transfer policy if I move?

    Our client prepaid transfer policy is that our prepaid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, in very rare circumstances, it may be agreed between two clinics that a transfer of the remaining prepaids series may be in the best interest of the client and the overall LC brand. 

  • How do I prepay for my treatments?
    You can prepay your treatments over the phone or directly by presenting yourself at the clinic.

    Each Laser Clinics franchise performance will vary depending on a range of factors such as;

    • Location, size of the market and clinic

    • The ability of the franchisee and team to drive performance

  • I prepaid for some sessions but I don’t need them. Can I get a refund?
