From 11:59pm on Wednesday 5 August, Stage 3 Stay at Home restrictions apply in Victoria, except if you live in metropolitan Melbourne where Stage 4 restrictions apply. As a result, Laser Clinics Australia locations across Victoria must temporarily close.
We understand this is a necessary action to ensure the ongoing safety of our community and appreciate your patience and understanding during these times. We thank you for your understanding and we will notify you of our reopening date as soon as possible.
How long will you be closed?
This is in the Victorian State Government’s hands. As soon as the Government closure is lifted in metro VIC, we will reopen those affected clinics immediately. We will keep you updated over email.
I had an appointment booked, what happens now?
All existing appointments during our closure have been cancelled. If you would like to reschedule your appointment, you can do so through our online booking system. Alternatively, you can call the clinic when we reopen.
Your prepay treatments balance is not impacted due to a cancelled appointment and we will pick up where we left off as soon as we reopen.
Will my prepays be extended?
Yes. all pre-pay treatments that have been purchased at impacted VIC clinics prior to the temporary closure will be automatically extended for the period of our closure. Please note that your prepay extension will be applied to your account once we reopen. This ensures you will have plenty of time to redeem your services upon our reopening.
