Skin Needling

Skin needling is another effective skin tightening treatment.

Also called collagen induction therapy, this treatment uses a small roller to stimulate the skin’s production of new collagen in the skin for natural healing and tightening. Made up of 192 surgical needles, the roller is gently applied over loose skin to be treated. The needles cause multiple tiny pin point puncture wounds to the skin, with this ‘damage’ leading to the release of new collagen and elastin.
