Laser Clinics Australia Price Promise
If you find it cheaper, we will beat it by 10%
- Laser Clinics Australia will beat any competitor’s current advertised price by 10% if the competitor’s price is for the same treatment and using the same equipment or products.
- The competitor must be within a 30km radius of the Laser Clinics Australia clinic the client purchasing the treatment or product at.
- Applies to all laser hair removal, skin, cosmetic injectable services and Skinstitut products unless the Skinstitut products advertised are for purchase via an online shopping/retail website.
- Clients must provide adequate confirmation of the competitor’s advertised price. Laser Clinics Australia reserves the right to contact the competitor to confirm their current price is valid.
- Clients may only purchase the same number of treatments using the price promise as advertised by the competitor. In most instances the price promise will only apply to the first treatment.
- The client must disclose that they will request a price promise discount at the time of booking and paying for their service or product for it to be considered.
- A price promise discount will not be applied where products and services have already been paid for or received.
- Our price promise does not apply to competitor offers made on group buying, discount or coupon websites.
LCA gift card
These conditions apply to use of the Laser Clinics Australia Gift Card (gift card), issued by Laser Clinics Australia Pty Limited (LCA). LCA may, in its complete discretion, refuse to sell gifts cards to any person at any time for any reason. Purchasing or using the gift card means that you accept these conditions.
If you let another person use your gift card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these conditions. The law of New South Wales applies to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
The gift card may only be used to purchase goods or services at the LCA clinic from which the gift card was purchased.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new gift card, or be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
Anyone holding the gift card can use its value to make purchases so your gift card should be kept secure. If your gift card is lost or stolen, immediately report this to the LCA clinic from which it was purchased. We may be able to stop gift card value being used, but take no responsibility and are not liable for any loss suffered by you as a result of a lost or stolen gift card.
We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen gift card. Any replacement gift card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Gift cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject gift cards to verification and security checks in our absolute discretion.
We may cancel any gift card, or the gift card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so, we may either provide a refund or a replacement gift card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a gift card. The gift card remains the property of LCA.
THE GIFT CARD WILL EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE. Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of LCA.
Laser Clinics Australia (LCA) Half Price (50%) off laser hair removal and/or skin treatment promotion
The following terms apply to the Half Price (50%) off your first laser hair removal service:
The offer can be redeemed as follows:
- If a person has already had a laser hair removal treatment with LCA, they are eligible to receive their first laser hair removal treatment for a different treatment area at half the standard single treatment price
- If a person has already had a skin treatment at LCA, they are eligible to trial their first laser hair removal session at half price of the standard single treatment price
- If an existing or new client of LCA has never had a skin or laser hair removal treatment at LCA, they are eligible to receive their first laser hair removal treatment AND their first skin treatment at half the standard single treatment price.
- Prices are based on half price (50%) off the full single treatment price
- Valid for new LCA laser hair removal clients or existing LCA laser hair removal clients who want to try a new treatment area which they have not previously had treated at LCA
- Photo ID must be presented
- Offer valid until COB Sunday 2 June, 2013 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Not valid on $10 add on treatments (areola or anus or snail trail or underarms)
- Can be redeemed for multiple laser hair removal treatments as long as the treatment is:
a) Completed within the same appointment and is for the client’s first laser hair removal treatment with LCA on the area being treated
b) To a maximum value of $500 which is based on the non-discounted single treatment price of each treatment
The following terms apply to the Half Price (50%) off your first skin treatment:
The offer can be redeemed as follows:
- If a person has already had a skin treatment with LCA, they are eligible to try one new skin treatment of their choice and receive their first treatment at half the standard single treatment price
- If a person has already had a laser hair removal treatment with LCA, they are eligible to try one skin treatment of their choice and receive their first treatment at half the standard single treatment price
- If an existing or new client of LCA has never had a skin or laser hair removal treatment at LCA, they are eligible to receive their first laser hair removal treatment AND their first skin treatment at half the standard single treatment price.
- Prices are based on half price (50%) off the full single treatment price
- Valid for new LCA skin clients or existing LCA skin clients who want to try a new skin treatment which they have not previously had at LCA
- Photo ID must be presented
- Offer valid until COB Sunday 2 June, 2013 and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
- Choice of skin treatments include pigmentation and sun damage treatments or laser acne treatment or spider vein removal or flushing or skin needling or cosmedical grade peels or microdermabrasion
- Campaign valid for one new skin treatment per client during the promotional period
Skin packages: Terms and conditions
- As a special launch offer, for each skin package purchased between 29 April and 31st May, 2013 (inclusive) a free express microdermabrasion valued at $50 will be included in each client’s skin package. A LCA Therapist will advise each individual client at what stage in their treatment plan the express microdermabrasion should be redeemed at the LCA clinic where the skin package is originally purchased
- The savings specified for each package are calculated on the normal per treatment price and not pre-paid prices
- Clients may purchase as many skin packages as they like, however payment must be made in full and the terms of our refund policy apply.
- The full amount of the package is payable prior to commencement of any treatments
- Bookings must be made for each treatment within the package
- Appointments cancelled, missed or changed without 24 hours’ notice will be deemed to have been taken and deducted from the client’s package
- Treatments included in each skin package cannot be exchanged for other treatments. However the Skinstitut products recommended in each skin package can be exchanged for another Skinstitut product of the same RRP value
- A LCA Therapist will advise clients on the recommended time frames for each treatment within the skin package purchased, however it is the client’s responsibility to ensure they book in their treatments in advance so that there are available appointments
- All treatments within the skin package must be redeemed at the clinic the skin package was originally purchased
- All skin packages have a 12 month expiry on redemption of treatments
- Upon purchasing one of the skin packages, for an additional $99 clients’ can choose to add the Skin Inject DNC Derma Roller plus their choice of one Skinstitut product. Combined, these add on products are valued at $144
- We offer a guarantee that there will be an improvement to client’s skin under the following guide lines:
- As part of the Glowing Skin package, the Enzymatic Micro Peel will be performed straight after the Express Microdermabrasion treatment (both treatments will be done during the same appointment time)
- If we believe that additional treatments will reach the desired result, we will advise the client prior to the purchase of the skin packages
- Client’s use the Skinstitut products included in the skin package purchased during their treatment programme.
- Client’s must inform LCA of their skin concerns prior to commencing all treatments/Skinstitut products and a consent form must be signed
- Client’s need to follow all at home protocols recommended by the LCA Therapist. This may include Skinstitut skincare and dietary guidelines
